Late Fees
Payment is due upon receipt and no later than seven (7) days from the invoice date. Any balance not paid within seven (7) days shall be considered past due. A one-time late fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) will be assessed on any past-due balance. Interest shall begin accruing on all past-due balances starting on the eighth (8th) day after the invoice date at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (eighteen percent (18%) per annum), calculated as simple interest, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less.
